 Tivoli Gardens, Hadrian's Villa, Villa d'Este with its beautiful fountains, Villa Gregoriana with its magical waterfalls and winding foot paths, the Roman thermal baths. Numerous hill-top villages cover the Sabina cuntryside, famous for its olive oil production and cherry orchards. The Benedictine Abbey, Farfa. The Rieti valley is dotted with numerous Franciscan monasteries, the most famous of which Greccio (twinned with Bethlehem), sanctuaries which offer a sense of peace and tranquillity. "Lucus Feronaie" a Roman archeological site.
